Composition (mix): fructose; maltodextrin; cellulose powder; tapioca starch; strawberry concentrate (0.4 %); red beet concentrate.
Composition (sticks): tapioca starch; sweet potato starch; pea starch; cellulose; yeast powder; vegetable glycerine; calcium carbonate. Additives: preservatives.
Analytical (mix / sticks): crude protein 0.36 % /4.6 %; crude fat 0.20 % /0.30 %; crude fibers 0.30 % /4.00 %; crude ash 0.08 % /4.00 %; moisture 4.00 % /16.00 %.
Makes approx. 20 ice creams.
Usage: Add ~150 ml of water to a sachet of mix, stir for ~1 minute, pour into the mould, insert edible stick, freeze for at least ~12 hours until completely frozen.
